Welcome to health care at home In the previous episode we were talking about Blocked Fallopian Tube Let me take that conversation forward, there is a chutney which is very beneficial For this chutney you have to take 1 cup Curry leaves, add 4 Garlic pods. small piece of ginger & 2 tsp honey Mix them all and grind it, now you have chutney ready. If you consume 1 tsp chutney daily for a long time This helps a lot in opening process of blocked fallopian tube Massage of caster oil is also beneficial As I told you the previous video that heat expands the things So if you’ll give warmness to your blocked fallopian tube then it will expand Firstly you have to massage really well in your pelvic area Put caster oil on a cloth and heat up the cloth on pan or microwave if you have Oil should be little warm then place this cloth over the massaged area So that you can feel the warmth of oil till beneath your body Heat up as per your tolerance else your skin can burn Put the hot cloth soaked in caster oil as per your tolerance Cover it with plastic so that its heat get inside your body through skin and give hot formation to your pelvic area After that remove the cloth and put hot water bottle for hot formation so that it retains hotness in it If you do this massage regularly then also the blockage of fallopian tube will start getting opened You can do one more remedy, take Dry ginger powder, fennel seeds, black sesame seeds & carrot seeds You can easily get carrot seeds in market or through online shopping Take all 3 ingredients in equal quantity for example 100 gm of each ingredient Add half of its quantity of carom seeds i .e 50 gm carom seeds Grind and powder all the ingredients separately expect dry ginger powder (its available in powder form) After that mix all the powders evenly and add honey in it It should look like a paste just like chyawanprash To make it more effective you can add Asparagus Powder in the same quantity of carom seeds Mix all the ingredients and make a paste, now if you consume 1 tsp of this paste before having food This is also highly effective in opening the blockage of fallopian tube Also you can do one more remedy. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric and add 1/2 tsp butter or clarified butter Mix it and leave it for about 4-5 hours Consume this mixture along with luke warm water in night It internally works upon your inflammation and also works on blockage of Fallopian tube Eat vitamin C rich food as it strengthens our immune system Eating sour food items and fruits will be highly beneficial for you Drink at least 2-2.5 ltr water in a day You must eat all the seasonal fruits like papaya, black grapes, mango also Though I’ve prepared a diet for the ladies who have problem in pregnancy and in Fallopian tube That i’ll share in upcoming next videos where we use maximum of raw vegetables and get best results So if you will follow these exercise along with exercises, then this blockage will be open back again If you have any problem you can whatsapp me at 9082130828 We wish that you stay healthy, busy, carefree and be with us.
