  3. Aap galt bol rhe ho galt jankari mat dijiye . Hamra sasreer khud demand krta hai tab ja kar hame bhook lgti hai or tabhi hum khate hai.or agar himne raat ko 8 bje khaya khana toh apke hisab se hame 12 bje tak kuch nhi khana hai aisa kyu ,or agar hai hai toh nasta kyu banaya hai .

    I want to follow the routine suggested in the video. But it requires more knowledge to start as well good guidance.

    Pls give a platform for one to one communication also.

    Above routine of fasting does not diet with milk. But as our ancestors say, milk is most important for our body.

    If one tale breakfast at 09:30 and dinner at 06:00pm, can be milk be added in this diet at about 8pm??

  12. जो लोग एनिमा नहीं करना चाहते वो एक जग सेंधा नमक वाला गुनगुना पानी सुबह पॉटी करने के बाद पी लीजिये। नहीं पिया जाए तो जितना जाए पीकर पेट मालिये और फिर पीजिये कुछ देर बाद आप चम्मच पानी भी नहीं ले पाएंगे। लेकिन अब उलटी मत कीजियेगा , सिर्फ पेट को फुलाओ , सिकोड़ो , जैसे की आप किसी बोतल हिला रहे हों उसके बाद (लगभग 10 m ) बाद साफ़ ऊँगली गले में डालकर जितना पानी हैं निकालें। सिर्फ 15 दिन में एक बार करना।

    जिनको पट्टी नहीं रखनी वो मुल्तानी मिटटी का पैक भी लगा सकते हैं। अब यह original नहीं मिलती तो कोशिश करें की किसी से मंगवाले। ये भी नहीं करना तो AC की आदत छोड़ दें और खूब पानी पिएं और पसीना निकालें , चाहे बैठे बैठे निकाले , जब जब मुँह धोएं तो तलवे, कनपटी, कान और गुद्दी पे पानी जरूर लगाएं।

    बहुत अच्छी वीडियो थी। मासाहारी लोग , तम्बाकु की लत वाले लोग तो भूल जाओ क्युकी चीज़ें सबसे ज़्यादा वक्त digest होने में। 🙂 🙂

Subah jain apply your mind,if a person doing hard work like doing gymnastic,sportsman, racelar..Etc,if they all fast 16 hrs a day nd eating only sallate a night,then how can they manage your energy level and life style, 16 hrs fasting is better a single day in a weekaned..,plz,make a video after watching your surrounding circumstances,because you should be an inspiration for a person who make a hope in you…(your plan not even for a normal person,because no one can doing whole day regular work after continue fasting of 16hrs….It is better for a single day in a week)

    & …..be relaxed – hv fun
