in your bath water soak in it for about 20 mins and do this at least twice every week.

  1. How many times a day do I drink the water with lemon juice? And also, can I add anything else to it or just water and lemon?

  2. after drinking this eat 4 paranthas and 2 glasses of milk lol…best is to reduce ur carb intake or reduce sodium intake

  3. My doctor says Epsom salt is a no no for water retention. Ur body asorbs it and makes it worst and raises ur blood pressure
