to show you home remedies for obesity. Obesity is the deposition of excessive fat
in the body. It is a common ailement effecting many people in the world. Take a glass of lukewarm water. Add a teaspoon
of honey, then add the juice of half a lime, mix them together and drink this regularly. Take a glass of water. Add 2 teaspoons of
apple cider vinegar to it. You can also add some lemon juice to it. Apple cider vinegar
can also be had on its own. Make sure you do not consume more than 2 tablespoons in
a day as this could reduce your blood collagen levels and lower your bone density. Take half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, add
half a cup of boiling water>Then add a little honey to it, half a teaspoon of honey. Drink
half of this before breakfast on an empty stomach and leave the rest aside in the refrigerator
