  1. I have tried ACV rinse and it really helps! Once a month I add some baking soda to my shampoo and later rinse with ACV+water (mixed in a bucket). A warm olive oil scalp soak helps too. Also rinsing with olive leaf tea. I drink a nice cup then save the leaves and reinfuse them to a strong tea for a rinse.

I haven't tried the aloe or the honey+egg… I will have to try those!

  2. Apple cider may be dangerous. I may not prefer to use it because of chemical ingredient. Other choices are good.

  3. I suffered from dandruff the last year or so.
After trying so many different products (also very pricy stuff) I finally found the method that works for me.
I use an organic dandruff shampoo with brazil nuts and rosemary extracts. Works perfectely. And after I found out that the reason for the dandruff is/was my dry and itchy scalp, I started to use a conditioner with coconut oil and WITHOUT all the bad stuff like silicone, sulfate and so on.
The result is a dandruff-free, non-itchy and healthy scalp and very shiny hair.

  4. I have spent 20 years attempting to cure this and it always comes back nothing works tried thousands of different things including acv and aloe it only manages it

  5. The best way to solve dandruff problem is: avoid eat dairy product. In particular no more cheese. Milk kefir instead is good. I have solved all my dandruff problems only detoxing my liver. All other solutions are temporary and unuseful. After 45 years of unuseful shampoo, only now, with my diet (I'm 53), I can say I have won.

  6. I use burts bees cutical cream (bees wax) on the worst spots, and on my eczema and blepharitis. I also wash my face with coconut oil and tiny bit of baking soda, and leave oil on overnight. I sometimes use this mixture on my scalp too, and rinse with vinegar. Seems to manage it well, and the bees wax was a complete miracle when I started using it, especially for the blepharitis in my eyes.
