Lemon is acidic not alkaline, if you want to be healthy drink a 1/2 spoon of baking soda every three days and you will be as healthy as an ox, also add apple cider vinegar into your diet also take an ample amount of vitamin C and try to take a probiotic substance to balance your bodies regular functions but always keep your bodies ph levels between a 6 and 7.

  7. If your urine is always clear it can mean your kidneys are dead .Even if its almost clear it can mean kidney problems , so it would be good to eat good and get yellow urine to make sure they're good , this is mostly for 50 and up

Alcohol and sugar makes you fat. Aspartame only damages rats, not humans. Green tea is good, but detox does not exist. Lemon juice gives you vitamin C, so you won't get scurvy. Toxins do not exist.

    Ignore what she said, just reduce your sugar, and alcohol, and eat vegetables. Pee shouldn't be dark.

    Eat the stuff found in detox smoothies with your normal average food..
    Don’t force yourself to drink green tea, just drink green tea when you feel like it.
    I mean, the exercise one is cool, I would actually consider you exercising.
    Just don’t eat a bunch of salt. Smoking isn’t cool, and I would agree on less alcohol and coffee.
    You still need sugar to live, ya know.

  16. Fast for a day on water. Then juicing for 3 days to week. You will feel amazing! Then raw food diet for 6 months …you will have minimum withdrawals this way.

  18. Detoxes aren't a thing, no qualified experts have confirmed that we need to do them, and everything, including water itself, can intoxicate you if the quantity is too big. If you wanna lose weight, you need a calories deficit, whether it's induced through exercise or something else. Maintaining the pH of your body through diet isn't a thing either.     That's really all there is to it.
    Your body makes more toxins than you'll likely eat/drink in a day (your body produces over an ounce of formaldehyde every day).
