  8. Craziest thing, i read ingredients from DETOX drink, all herbs are found aprx. 400m from my home door. Ingredients list is kind of recipe. Totally free and organic. Next year has to collect those, part of them were bloomed already, not suitable for use.And ad some of my own : ) taste example.

  14. I've heard of a couple of these natural colon cleanse remedies, but i never know aloe vera could be so useful. Its a very diverse plant.

  15. I take lemon juice with warm water every warm in empty stomach. My bowel movement is quite easy. But once in a while, i my stomach is still upset after flushing out the toxin. There is a sensation to pass motion but nothing flushes out. If i force, then it bleeds. I don't know what is causing a continuous sensation to pass motion even after flushing out stools. I become fatigue at that moment. What must i do if such circumstance persist?? Some advice or remedies please.

U know what I give up!!!if you try being healthy alot of undigested food clumps up into the colon which makes it hard to get it out-.- like nothing works and if u eat junk food it could help but there is 20% chance if u eat something which contains iron like pine nuts it could help alot like seriously if u buy a pack of pine nuts and eat all the hour after u have eaten them u will get a bad tummy feeling meaning u can take your waste out

I just take a litre of boiled water… add 1 sliced lemon …. a piece of grated ginger….. a few cucumber slices and about 10 mint leaves …. let it seep overnight in the fridge then next morning sip it thought the day. Refill the same jug with same ingredients with clean water and continue to drink this water. It works wonders. Control your sugar levels . I have lost weight only on this … obviously I ate healthy but took a break on weekends ….. with still watching my portions which is so important that changed my weight problems .
