pain. Three times a week, add 2 tablespoons of Epsom
salt to a hot water. Soak for 20 – 30 minutes. 2. Aids Detoxification The magnesium in Epsom salt assists in eliminating

To enjoy a relaxing detox bath, add 1 to 2 cups of Epsom to a warm bath 2 to 3 three

  1. This was timely. I injured my foot and someone suggested I soak it in epsom salts. We forget these things sometimes! So I did and wow what relief! I will do it again shortly because the pain and stiffness has built back up. Feels very good and tension relieving.

  6. Soak for way longer than 20 min. 40 minute soak os best. You should get bath water as hot as you can take, then soak in bath till water is cool. When you soak in hot or warm water, the toxins in your body are drawn toward your skin from inside your body, when water cools, these toxins are then drawn out into the water!

  7. I don’t think you even have to drink it to get the digestive effect. I took salt baths for something else and I noticed that along with starting to help with that other thing, my stomach was feeling better than usual. And usually they’re pretty nauseous and meeting to go to the bathroom pretty bad in the morning and then feeling as if I never ate during the midday before lunch but this week I’ve noticed my stomach was calm and happy and I was not very hungry even during meal time. I also had discomfort and pain while going number two in the mornings, but I think the salt was doing good because I have not felt that way at any morning this week while using the salt baths. I think I will continue to take a salt soak each night & day as mych as possible. Am I drink it every once in a while as well

I'll make ya a deal… I'ma go swig down this here 2 Tbspns of Abby somthin Salt, mixed Epsom'o'tha the left over luke warm bath water that got Abby somthin Salts mixed up in it pretty good already after all the sloshin around from soakin in it, (waste not, want not), and then in a bout n hour i'll jump on back over here an giver a thumbs up, that is if I'm not hunched ass over end doin double duty on the commode, or using the shower curtain rod as a bite down teether while I'm floppin around the bathroom floor seizing in a mess of Abby something salts, under a finding Nemo plastic shower curtain, while stroking out…. Zeus willing, i'll come back here and Thumbs Ep Some other ones too!!! heh heh heh

  10. love Epsom salt baths, do them regularly also . any suggestions how to treat ailments without a tub to soak in ? elderly have hard times getting out of tub
