    > Banana
    > Cucumber + bottle gourd
    > 1 Apple with skin after food

    > Sweet potato – daily
    > Beetroot 15 minutes steam with skin.
    > Carrots
    > Spinach 1 minute water boil.
    > 5 Cherry – Daily
    > Broccoli
    > Cauliflower
    > Capsicum, Red Chilly (PAIN)
    > Brown rice
    > Pinapple
    Tea for PAIN:
    > Green tea
    > Ginger tea
    If you eat something other than this in the morning evening you will get swelling and pain.

  4. The only solution for osteoarthritis is CUT OUT SUGAR. God showed it to me when i was desperate and didnt want to take meds because they ruined my stomach. Within days od cuting out sugar all pain and stiffness were gone and as a bonus my migraine headaches were gone too. Eating fruit was fine. No problem at all. However, every time i went back to sweets all the pain came back.
