Taking Charge of Your Health

Hi you guys, welcome back to mDhil’s Beauty
House! So today I’m going to be giving you tips on how to take care of your skin, nails,
hair during this crazy summer heat! I think a problem all of us have is how tanned
we get during summers and to get rid of the tan – take one tomato, one potato and one
cucumber. Take out the juice from each vegetable, mix them well and apply it on your face, neck
and body, where ever you want. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off. That’s all!
That’s literally all you have to do. The next thing you can do to get rid of tan
is you could apply some yogurt on your face with a few drops of lemon in it. Yogurt is
also really good for your hair. Probably 15-20 minutes before your shower, apply it on your
hair, it really makes your hair shine and hydrates your hair.
And to keep your skin glowing, every alternate night, before going to bed, take a tomato,
slice it and directly apply the tomato all over your face, neck and chest area, after
you’ve washed your face. Leave in on for 15-20 minutes, take a wash cloth, dip it on hot
water and in circular motions scrub your entire face. Finish off by washing your with cold
water and then your can moisturize and go to bed.
