Taking Charge of Your Health

Hi, my name’s Christian Bates and I’m an osteopath and a naturopath and baby expert at the Perrymount Clinic in Haywards Heath, and I want to give you one of my baby top tips today. One of the most common questions I get asked about cranial osteopathy on babies is whether it hurts the babies,
and the simple answer is, no it doesn’t at all. Cranial Osteopathy is far, far
more gentle. It doesn’t involve any massage or clicking, and literally, the
cranial osteopath will be just laying their hands on the baby’s head. And what
we do is we’re very, very gently removing the tensions from the birth. And
although we’re very, very gentle on the head, there is something that we actually
physically feel and these tensions can be removed quite easily. So, very, very
different from osteopathy and you don’t have to worry at all about bringing your
baby in to see us. If you’ve enjoyed this tip go to www.happybabyexpert.com where you can download this free pdf I’ve written. It’s jam-packed full of ideas on how to
help your baby and calm them and make them happy. If you live local to Haywards Heath then you can come in and see me for a treatment. I hope you enjoyed the
tip, and I’ll see you soon.
