how do I know if I have an imbalance in
my mind or my body this is a really great question and one of the most
important things to know is what is your baseline and that means asking yourself
every day how do I feel one of the easiest ways to cultivate this
understanding and awareness is to keep a digestion log or a food journal so most
people are able to identify major symptoms and experiences for example if
you wake up and you’re feeling really tired or if you eat a big meal and you
feel some indigestion so to cultivate that subtle awareness
for your mind and body I really recommend keeping daily notes
so that you can reflect
