How to treat fever naturally
Fever is a symptom of another condition or disease. Fever can occur when your body is
fighting an infection, such as influenza. Some of the common symptoms associated with
fever include sweating, headache, muscle pain, dehydration, weakness, mild tremor and loss
of appetite. Fever is a good thing and usually disappears
within a few days. But if the fever is making you uncomfortable, you can try some simple
and natural home remedies to cool the body down and feel better. Basil Basil is an effective way to reduce fever
grass. This herb is as effective as many types of antibiotics on the market. Its healing
properties help to reduce fever very quickly. Boil together 20 basil leaves and a teaspoon
of chopped ginger in a cup of water until the solution gets reduced to half. Add a little

home remedy for fever. The chemical compound called curcumin in turmeric has potent antiviral,
antifungal, antibacterial and antioxidant. It helps the immune system fight off any infection.
It will also contribute to preventing complications and reduce the duration of fever. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric and a quarter
teaspoon of black pepper powder in a cup of warm milk.
Take this mixture twice a day to get rid of the fever.
