extract was shown to improve reaction time and working memory, suggesting that ginger

    Taken with turmeric with biperine is a fix for arthritis pain or all over body.

  23. Investagate DIY ginger soda, it is awesome, cheap and very healthy. This weeks brew is ginger, blueberries, cinnamon, star anise and cloves. Takes about 7-10 days to brew. I brew a batch a week with different friuts.

I work as a replenishment forklift operator at Cumberland Farms up here in the NE and since i satrted taking it, it has made my circulation better, better breathing, lower heart rate, relaxation, pain releif.
