Hi I’m Isabelle Simon your personal and workplace
wellness consultant and today we are going to talk about a few reasons why you should
see a wellness consultant. There are a lot of things to consider. A wellness consultant
will help you to get healthy from the inside out and will look at you in a holistic way
if you will. We usually look at the cause of a problem so let’s say you have recurring
headaches so you can’t sleep at night or you know whatever. We’ll look at what is the cause
of that problem and nine times out of ten what you eat will make a difference so based
on that we will help you identify the foods that work for you and those that don’t work
for you. It really allows you to have a customized approach, a customized plan to your needs.
We don’t put band aids on the problems. We look at the cause, we help you figure it out
and identify where it comes from and then help you with the plan of action. We coach
you, we advise you, we are with you every step of the way. So whether you want to get
healthier, lose weight, have more energy, sleep better, all these are good things that
