  1. I'm intrigued. The OTC stuff is nasty tasting so this can't be too bad. Sounds like an old home remedy my Great-grand mother and aunties would make us drink as children when they heard one of us sniffle…LOL!!

  2. I suggest adding black pepper to this recipe to activate the turmeric. Otherwise its useless. The liver with get rid of it befire the body can benefit. Or adding a healthy fat would also work. Great recipe otherwise!
