  1. I've had 3 heart attacks and have 5 stints. I've had pancreatitis 4 times. All due to high triglycerides. My highest reading was 5217 and my lowest was 384–when I was 24 and a very fit avid cyclist and body builder. The answer I've discovered, that works for me is fasting and living the intermittent fasting life style. I discovered that my liver was enormously fat and subsequently diseased (I am not a drinker). IMO the 3-meal-a-day and food pyramid paradigm we were taught throughout school is at best a horrible mistake; and at worst a diabolical lie.

  2. i have had a liver transplant. 2 years ago. i am on bactrim, prograf, mag oxide, flomax and now trig medication
is this drink safe for me to take

  3. Back in 2014/2015 my cholesterol was 6.4 / 5.5, took tablets and some diet, but didn't work, I heard about the above mixture and tried it 5 times a week before breakfast, the result was amazing, I had this mixture only for 3 weeks and the cholesterol went down to 4.2. This was a personal experience. But when I stopped taking it the level went up after nearly 1,5 year.

  4. I tried this and It lowered my triglyceride from 327 to 139. I had a teaspoon every morning for 3 weeks and then 2-3 times a week for total 3 months. It also reduced my total cholesterol by almost the same number. I also tried and reduced my total cholesterol by drinking 2 cups of green tea mixed in it one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

  5. My triglycerides level was 400, and I was able to lower to 74 after 30 days drinking the following mixture: distilled water (2 liters), apple cider vinegar (1 liter), organic honey (a few spoons). I drank 50 ml twice a day. 50 ml first thing in the morning, and 50 ml last thing before going to bed.

  6. Nothing will improve your trigs if you already eat a high carbohydrate diet and are insulin resistant…. What we eat already is the problem, not what we do not eat.

  7. Can HIV patients take it…………….i believe that garlic is prohibited in hiv as it interferes with the medications. Please reply

  8. I've tried every friggin' thing, diets, exercises, no diets, ginger tea, Atkins, on and off. I just got my blood test trig 5.35, chol. 6.9. Nothing really helped, the closest to normal was when I drank ginger tea every day, so I'm quite excited to try this recipe with ginger in it. I teach, so eating garlic every day worries me! 🙂 I've read the Big Cholesterol Con by Malcolm Kendrcik, good book. It does not say much about triglycerides though. The chol. should not be too low! My 6.9, according to the book, is pretty good.

  9. Thanks you all. Just got my report & it shows triglyceride 297 . Become worried, searching answer to lower it & find this channel. Thanks for sharing yours opinion.

  10. What is "Organic Honey" ??? Does the apiarist cage the bees ?? Im all for organic this or that, however "Organic Honey' is a catch phrase used to market the product and charge an exorbitant price.

  11. I'm confused, i thought triglyceride based omega 3 pills are good? If i drink these pills, it will be bad for me then?

  12. Thanks indeed for the good information.
The back ground music is too loud.
Listening, understanding what you are saying and concentrating needs quietness and so would certainly appreciate if there is no distracting back ground music.
    Thanks again.

  13. Lowering triglycerides is not a complicated process. I removed a source of constant stress, started a HIIT workout and stopped eating potatoes, pasta, etc. My triglycerides went from 329 to 63.

  14. So after staying away from booze completely – watching carbs from breads, potatoes and cereal, eating a boiled egg for breakfast and using this formula, my blood pressure is down by 15 points Syst/diastolic and resting Heart rate down by over 10 bpm – my digestion feels so much more complete – indigestion gone – the recipe to me tastes awesome – and you could even use it for a marinade for chicken – or spread it on fish !!! It hasnt even been a week !
