hypnosis is a very natural focused state of awareness for us actually, it’s where
we’re completely focused internally, we’ve switched off what’s happening
around us, what’s happening in our conscious mind, so that we can talk
directly to the subconscious and that’s where the hypnotherapy comes in.
Hypnotherapy allows us to use hypnosis to talk directly to the subconscious so
that we can look at what’s creating the symptoms you’re experiencing at that
time and also how we can potentially resolve and ease those issues for you.
