a free newsletter and I also have an online wellness program that you can join. And today in this series I’ll be talking about
dieting. The Blood Type diet- Actually it is my favorite
diet. It promises that different blood types relate
how your metabolic to food. The O blood types are most common about forty
three percent of the population is O. And the O’s seem to have strong metabolism, they
are very active, they build muscle and they eat animal protein. Not so good on dairy, not so good on wheat. I am an O. I eat lot of protein, I eat lot
of salad greens and hardly any grains and hardly any diary. And I do very well. A’s are about the forty percent of the population. A’s do better on gender exercise like yoga,
walking and swimming. And they will eat a plant based diet and can
digest very well. The other blood types are B blood type, that
is only twelve percent of the population. But there seems to be a good balance between
a vegetarian diet, and an animal protein diet. In another words, they can eat both types
of foods. The AB blood type is only about five percent
of population. And they do better as a vegetarian diet but
they can incorporate some animal protein. What I have learnt about the various diets
is maybe only half the people do well on them. Yes you know this is strict vegetarian diet
say a raw food diet. But not everybody can eat that, maybe it is
better for an A group to eat that diet. What are the high protein diets? Maybe it is only the O’s that do really well,
because in my practice, what I find is that when people fall ill, when they have disease
symptoms and they are not following the blood type diet, and if I can encroach them to switch
their diet to the blood type diet, they heal a lot faster. It is not the only answer, but it is my way
of trying the balance of the frustration that people feel when they can follow every diet
that it is going to cure them.

  3. There is no scientific backing to this diet whatsoever. There is no peer reviewed studies. The only person this diet benefits is the Dr. who fabricated it and is getting rich off of it. It's bull…
