Taking Charge of Your Health

When embarking a program of natural health
or trying to get in better shape, one of the best things you can do is have a clean and
healthy colon. My name is Mark Brinson; Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Human Performance and
Physical Medical specialist. Colon cleansing naturally or doing certain health practices
that’s going to keep it that way can really help to improve your overall health and the
way that you metabolize food. First of all it’s very important that you’re having a daily
bowel movement. If you’re not, that’s something that can be cured or remedied by eating better
as far as different types of foods that contain fiber. You can also add to it products like
grape juice, pear and particularly some of the nuts. Almonds or walnuts can be really
good to help to increase that mobility. The more that you get moving along and the more
vegetables or things with a fibrous material for them, the more your colon is going to
maintain a natural healthy state. Also, some products that you might want to get from the
health food store. There’s some certain cleansing products. One of this is called Super Digestaway
that not only will cleanse the intestines but it will also add some probiotics and some
acidophillas. Some things that are going to help to naturally increase the health of the
large intestines by including any healthy bacteria that may be there. So, if you’re
eating every day, it’s probably important to make sure that you have a bowel movement
every day. At least once a day. That’s going to be the biggest way that you can help to
increase your intestinal health and the cleansing properties there. Of course, make sure that
you drink your water. 2 liters to 4, per day, per person is probably the best. My name is
Mark Brinson, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Physical Medicine and Human Performance Specialist
wishing you a happy, healthy and balanced day.
