Taking Charge of Your Health

Oath Taking Ceremony I solemnly pledge to dedicate my life to the service of humanity. The health and well-being of my clients will be my first consideration. I will
respect the autonomy and dignity of my clients. I will maintain the utmost
respect for human life. I will not permit considerations of age, disease, disability, creed, ethnic origin, gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social
standing or any other factor, to intervene between my duty and my client. I will respect the secrets that are confided
in me even after the client has died or the therapeutic relationship ended. I will honor the noble traditions of the sciences of healing. I will give to my teachers, colleagues and student the respect, gratitude and credit that is their due. I will share my knowledge for
the benefit of the client and advancement of health care. I will attend to my own health, well being and abilities regularly in
order to provide care of the highest standard. I will not use my knowledge to violate human rights, civil liberties or human dignity even under threat. I will help the needy who can’t afford my feet for free. One in every 10 clients free of charge. I will bring smiles to at least one person per day. I take full responsibility of my own life and consequences of my decisions. I will not live a life of blame or fear. I will never claim any supernatural ability
or promote religious ideology or using my hypnotic skills. I make these promises
solemnly freely and upon my honor. So help me God.
