What’s up you guys? My name is Raif Derrazi. Welcome to my channel. Here I will be talking about my experience living with HIV as well as my passion for fitness: namely, natural physique bodybuilding and just becoming an all-around better person. My journey started six years ago on my birthday 2012 when I was diagnosed with AIDS. Not just HIV, but full-blown AIDS. Which means that my immune system was completely compromised at that point. From there, I decided that I was no longer gonna be the victim of my own life and that entailed me taking back the reins. And that started and materialized through fitness. I started working out all the time until the point where someone picked me out at the gym. He ended up becoming my personal trainer, my coach. He’s the one that introduced me to natural bodybuilding. And so I began my journey as a natural physique bodybuilder. Just this year, I received my pro card in INBA. It’s a global federation for natural bodybuilders. So I will be continuing my journey there. And at the same time I’m really focusing on how to make sure that not only am I healthy physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And so I will be sharing all those things with you guys as I learned them as they go through them. Show you not only the good stuff, not only the things that I’ve conquered and managed to overcome, but the things that I’m going through in the moment. So that we can create a community where hopefully my experiences inform and inspire your own. And hopefully I can have a good impact on you guys. Maybe you’ll learn something. Maybe you’ll be a little entertained. But overall I’m hoping that you’ll walk away from my channel as a better person. So please if you feel like this is something that would interest you, go ahead and start watching my videos. Like them if you like them. Subscribe if you want to stay notified as to when new videos get posted. They’ll be happening frequently. And also, please feel free to share with anyone else who might also find this useful. Alright, peace you guys! See you soon. Cheers.
