Don’t afraid because I am telling you the acupressure point and the exercise which cures slip disc without surgery. Make a fist and place it adjacent to spinal cord on the side where your disc is slipped. Press it towards spinal cord. Hold for 3 seconds and then release. You should press it for 5 to 10 times. A very easy exercise for slip disc is that lie down straight on abdomen on floor or bed. Place your both hands on sides so that palms are in line of shoulders.
