your feet in; -Tap water;
-About 20 pieces of ice. Here’s what you’ll do: Put the water and ice cubes in the bucket
and wait for the water to get nice and cold. Put your feet in the water until they’re
totally submerged. At first, you’ll want to remove your feet,
but don’t worry, they’ll quickly get warm in the ice bath. Your body will compensate by trying to regulate
its temperature. Count to 15 and remove your feet.

  1. My favorite hot tubs, saunas, have outdoor cold plunge. You have to jump in and immerse your head at same time then you feel warm. Such calm clear thoughts. Amazing!

  2. No don't do it when you're sick. I fell for it and my fever immediately got much worse. A hot shower took my fever back down.

  3. Depends on the country you live in i guess our country Philippines is tropical so we need this ice cold soak that heat soak good for snowy days which we don't have it.
