Namaskaram (Hello all souls) Today, we will Practice some exercises of neck These exercises are beneficial when you are suffering with cervical & neck pain When you are in pain At that time you could practice it while practicing in few min, you’ll feel relaxed and twice, thrice or four – five times in a day. These exercises are adviced when you are in pain then you will definitely come out of this in one or two days no issues, wheather it is chronic so, let’s start first of all Understand one thing is Dont do anything over means, continuous more than 15-20 min is over because i have seen in the cases of cervical pain body become unable to bear load or pressure so its necessary that one should practice these exercise, but without teasing body

  4. Plz tell about tennis elbow treatment, it's exercises n if any herb u can tell. As its very very painful or ll cervical exercises can help or it's due to cervical. As I searched but couldn't not find ur video reg this. If already video is there with some other name or in any video u have talked abt it then plz reply.

    Plz suggest best excercise for neck pain relief or neck relaxation or share some YouTube link for that. Bahut tension mein rehta hu isko leke. Thanks in advance

  17. Thank you verry very much Yogi ji !! I was not getting relief from phisyotherepy clinic process for 15 -20 days when i started these yoga technic, I got relief in 2-3 days.

  18. Guruji exercise are very good However I have a doubt regarding 8:52 where we are supposed to inhale while moving the chin towards shoulder. In some other place(can't recall now) "while taking the chin towards shoulder, exhale and back to mid ,inhale " this was taught. Is there any reference in yog-texts like patanjali etc. regarding this

  20. Namskaram Gurujii, my father (72yrs) has pain in both hands near wrist area from last 2 years. There is little swelling in that local area. Two before years he was in hospital and Intravenous medicines (for removing fluid from body due to Congestive cardiac failure condition) were given by staff. Afterwards he is fine as far as heart condition (though on daily allopathy medicines) and other physical condition is concerned. But everyday in 24 hrs of a day, after every 3-4 hours there will be pain in hands. Also there tingling in all his fingers which last all the day&night. We consulted many ayurveda & allopath doctors, took every medicines but no much relief. Because of pain he has to wake up 2 times from deep sleep in the night and then he massage with oil and pain relieves in 15 min then he sleeps again. But we are afraid as this is continuos from 2 years. Please advise Sir as you are ray of hope for many of us.You are gift for mankind. Pray to God that you inspires many to become like you.

  21. Mujhe rhumatoid arthritis hai jiski wajah we meri wrist & ankle mein pain & swelling rehti hai, isliye main yoga theek se nahi kar pati. Mujhe thoda Bp bhi rehta hai. Mere liye kaun se pranayaam theek rahenge

    Guruji mjhe cervical pain toh nahi h…. Lekin mere right hand and right leg me sunna pann rehta h….. Jiske karan me kuchh likh bhi nahi pata or kuchh utha bhi nahi pata apne right hand se.. Toh is video ke yoga beneficial hoga mere lie..

    आपका video बनाने वाला बेवकूफ़ है ।हाथ ऊपर करने वाला अभ्यास करते समय स्क्रीन पर हाथों की पोज़ीशन दिखाने की बजाये कैमरा आप के ऊपर ही केन्द्रित किया है जिससे अभ्यास का सही तरीका देख नहीं पाये और न ही आपने उसे पुर्ण रूप से describe किया ।
    कैमरामैन को चापलूसी की भावना से बाहर निकलना चाहिए ।

  30. Sir I'm 19 years old! Maine ye exercise acche se 6 din ki krta hu toh dard aaram lgta hai lekin phir start ho jaata hai sir ise permanently kaise thik krun! Cervical reason me dard hota hai!
