Hello and welcome when muscles and tendence
in your forearms are strained or swell up due to some sort of injury is is known as
tennis elbow. Take a thin cotton cloth add a few cubes of ice to it , wrap this and apply
it on the effected area for about ten mins. Repeat this 2 to 3 times a day. Take a tea
spoon of turmeric powder, add to this a little water. Mix this well to make a thick paste
and apply it on the effected area for 15 to 20 mins and then rinse of with cold water.
