Lost 12 kgs bcoz I followed the diet given by your Ayurvedic doctors in Patna. A big big thankyou. I am so indebted to you for all the bful miracles you have done in my life.

Is this quantity recommended if I'm hitting the gym as well as keeping up my Yoga practices?

  8. Namaskāram.

⅓ stomach food, ⅓ stomach water and the remaining portion empty. I've heard that this ratio is ideal according to some sources in the internet. But it makes me feel tired after a few hours. My native region. Is Tamil Nadu and the staple food is rice.

    Pranām.
