[Foods to avoid] *number one sugar! since it will spike your blood sugar Levels and there’s really no doubt you’ll get clear skin once you lower or even cut out your sugar intake *number two dairy! we’ve talked about this before basically dairy is a natural source of sugar surprisingly, so does also cow’s milk contains growth hormones and inflammatory substances that can glue your skin cells together Eventually falken your pores and especially if you’re lactose intolerant do NOT force your body to consume milk because that issue is another acne tripping factor You can easily substitute dairy products to plant-based milk and nut milks number three High glycemic foods these are basically the foods that can break down quickly and peak our blood sugar levels, you might have heard of good carbs, and bad carbs and bad carbs are normally high glycemic food such as white bread, white rice, cereal, potato chips, and so on you might want to change these high glycemic foods to good carbs like whole grain foods, brown Rice, and oatmeal, and healthier nutritional snacks!   6. What also helped me is avoiding ultraprocessed foods and sugar. I also left milk years ago bc it made my skin break out in minutes like CRAZY. It may seem hard but now I feel better, with more energy and strength.

The struggle is so real for someone with diabetes, like me 🙁 I already don't eat sugar, of course, but controlling every single meal you have is extremely tiring emotionally and causes so much anxiety. Anyways, recently I've been avoiding eating a lot of red meat and my skin has been getting a lot better, so let's just add that to the list of foods to avoid!   19. Vegan for 5 years and it must be noted that some none dairy milks have sugar and additives in them!! Read the labels carefully & and cut the dairy/ and the replacements if necessary. It took me so long to realize that non dairy milk can affect my skin just as much!

    Sugar is poisonous yet it's practically in most the foods we eat it's also the reason why we suffer from inflammation too.
    Wonderful video, this is what pre teens and high schoolers should be taught in school.

  28. There is the thing I have trouble sleeping at night without milk. It is the only thing that can help me fall easily asleep. Without it I fall asleep at 5 am. So Can I just still drink milk but avoid any other products?

You wouldn't believe the number of dermatologists I've heard giving people I've known advice saying that food doesn't effect your acne… I was blown away when I heard that professionals are telling people that. The foods we eat are one of the main causes of acne and of course a plethora of other issues.
